One post I forgot to put in last month was the launch of XSitePro V2
This piece of website building software has been around for some years and is great for building all types of websites from general sales latter sites right through to Adsense sites.
The biggest advantage of Xsitepro is that there is no need to learn html as it comes with very easy to follow instructions and web design templates. On top of that add built apps which make all sites highly SEO optimized and friendly plus the new version comes with a stack of other great features and new templates.
Traffic Secrets 2.0
If you don’t know the name John Reese you must be living in a cage! Well it’s been 4 years since he launched traffic secrets and his now doing the pre launch for traffic secrets 2.0.
In these couple of videos his gives some very good general information on how to go about getting traffic by various means including web2.0 and SEO. He also talks a lot about content and building/obtaining a larger percentage of content on the web which make good sense.
I love John’s work as it is always in the main always backed up by solid research.
The only downside of his last traffic secrets was the sheer volume of information. One of the biggest problems faced by most online marketers is that they try to do many marketing tactics at once.
This is fantastic if you have the budget and resources to do so but if you are a solopreneur or a micro business you will be spreading yourself too thin and getting no where fast.
How Not To Set Up An Affiliate Program
I get really annoyed when I find a great piece of software, book or product which has an affiliate program however the company makes it nearly impossible to find it.
In having just wasted a good hour or more searching for affiliate sign up information for a piece of software, here are some tips on what you should do to make sure that potential affiliates can find your affiliate information easily.
1. Always have a separate affiliate information page. Even if this page is not linked to your index page people who are interested in becoming your affiliate can find the details by conducting a simple search on one of the major search engines.
2. If your affiliate program runs through Clickbank still have a separate page showing affiliates how to set up their Clickbank affiliate (hop) link. Why? Clickbanks search feature is hopeless and it’s saves the affiliate having to search through dozens of pages of products.

It’s an unfortunate fact that many AdSense users are getting their accounts terminated when they’ve done nothing wrong. Site content would have to be one of the most important aspects of your marketing efforts as it induces a customer to purchase and also come back for repeat business.
It is no good getting a customer to your site if it’s poorly built or uninformative.
